SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

 

We DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, due to the nature of our products, unless it is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item, damaged, defective item, etc). Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s) from your order, if approved. 

Flaunt ATL, LLC has the right to deny the return or exchange of any items if the we feel that the request is unreasonable. We will not be responsible for any lost merchandise during return shipping process.

Once the return request has been approved and processed, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

24-48 hours between the hours of 9am-9pm EST, Monday-Saturday.

 

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address within the United States and Canada. PLEASE NOTE: that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Due to this we DO NOT offer international shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
